About Ms. Rosa
Ms. Rosa holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and brings experience in teaching, school leadership, instructional design, academic records, and accreditation work. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds Texas educator certifications in Spanish and ESL. She also has experience with Cognia accreditation engagement reviews and transcript processes.
About Ms. Quijada
Ms. Quijada brings over 20 years of experience in education, including classroom teaching and academic records support. She has worked with student transcripts and has participated in Cognia accreditation engagement review processes. Her background helps Harbor Academy maintain clear, accurate academic documentation while focusing on practical learning support.

What is Harbor Academy?
Harbor Academy is an independent academic-support service. We provide online tutoring, writing feedback, and coaching to supplement a student's primary education or professional development.
Do you award credit or diplomas?
No. Harbor Academy is not a school. We are a supplemental support service. We do not award course credits or high school diplomas. Our focus is on skill-building and subject mastery for motivated adult and college learners.
Is this for high school students?
Our services are specifically designed for college students and adult learners. We offer flexible sessions that fit around busy work and study schedules, providing high-level academic support for complex subjects and writing projects.
